Insanity Week One
Was really hard but I absolutely love it. I feel on top of the world after every work out. Just have to keep pushing. I already feel stronger and more powerful. like Dory would say “just keep swimming” I say “just keep pushing” and I sing it to myself during every workout. Will keep updating as much as I can. The songs I listen to, what I wear, what I eat and anything...

Insanity Fit Test
Started Insanity on April 1. Posting little late, but better late then never:) will show before and after pictures after the first month. First my 1st Fit Test results: Switch Kicks: 25 Power Jacks: 37  Power Knees: 45 Power Jumps: 12 Globe Jumps: 6  Suicide Jumps: 7  Push Up Jacks: 14  Low Plank Oblique: 23  I am 18, 131 pounds, 5’8 trying to get fit.
